Great people helped us resolve moisture in my mums loft , as she was getting damp ceiling a surveyor attended gave as no obligation quote . After getting a couple more quotes from different companies these was most professional and gain our trust the most . The team that attending carried out work in a timely fashion, was polite and answered any questions! Highly recommend

I put a review on Bark about The Home Insulation Specialist, the day after having my loft was Insulated (03.07.2025), which was when I noticed things missing from my loft. (Stolen). Max confirmed this after speaking to his employees. They claim to have taken less than I said, but non the less, they TOOK. My first review was followed by an unprofessional response from Max and now seems to have disappeared from Bark? My follow up review remains, where I was promised an email from Max by the end of the day to apologise for what had happened and for his unprofessionalism. However, that didn’t happen and I was let down again. You would see for yourselves IF THE REVIEW WAS STILL VISIBLE. However, after review 1 and review 2 follow up. Here I am with review 3 follow up......I received an email from the company today 11.07.2025 asking me 'TO CONSIDER REMOVING YOUR NEGATIVE REVIEW ON BARK' stating the below: 'As a small business reviews can have a significant impact on our reputation, and we truly feel we've done everything possible to compromise and support you throughout this process' All I can say is, isn't that what reviews are for? They hired the fitters who took my flooring, so they are responsible for the end result of theft. I don't believe it is fair to email me that message, as all I am doing is highlighting the issue I personally had with the company. So, people can see good and bad reviews, not just good and make their own decision. Had I not been contacted asking for me to ‘consider removing my review’, there would not be a review number 3. I am not out to get the company….I am simply writing a review of my experience, which can be supported by facts. Hopefully, this will be my last review on Bark regarding this company.
