Absolutely delighted with the work done by Sam. What started out as a nightmare with the storm ripping the roof off and then being told the gable end needed to be repaired urgently, turned into a speedy, easy process. Sam was reassuring the whole way through, nothing was too much trouble, he even came out one night to check everything was secure with the roof. His communication Was excellent and the whole process was trouble free. There was no hard sell and the price he quoted was the price we paid. Can’t recommend him enough

I knew that the front extension roof to my house had leaked badly over the years and was pretty much rotten. I had planned to replace the roof in the spring of 2026 however, whilst working for my neighbour suggested that he could replace the roof whilst we had the recent good weather. He therefore came recommended by my neighbour and we agreed to a price which I thought was fair and reasonable. He and his colleagues were totally transparent all the way through the process but of course you have to take off the tiles and the ridges and everything else to see what the actual state of the rafters and battens, felt etc. are which he did. He gave us full updates all the way through the job and generally kept us informed. As part of the renovation he recognisde that we needed some new tiles because quite a few had broken and he replaced those without me even knowing, so thank you very much for that. Overall very pleased with their work, they arrived on time and were very clean, tidying up every single day. The whole job took three days, all the rubbish was taken away and the overall experience with this business was really good; so thank you very much guys, great team, great communication, good prices and the work looks solid - the first downpour will prove it I hope.
