Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Leadership: Oversee all warehouse activities, including goods–in, storage, inventory control, and outbound logistics. Trade Counter Management: Run the trade counter efficiently, delivering excellent service to walk–in customers and coordinating seamlessly with warehouse operations. Team Development: Lead, train, and support a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement new processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cost–effectiveness. Logistics & Compliance: Manage shipping logistics and ensure compliance with all health & safety standards.

What We re Looking For

3 5 years of proven experience in warehouse operations and team management. Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control. Excellent organisational and problem–solving skills. Clear and effective communication skills. Valid forklift licences. A hands–on, proactive approach with a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
