Learning how to run the full recruitment cycle with guidance and support.

Developing new business by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Speaking to candidates daily, building relationships, and understanding their career goals.

Supporting consultants with sourcing, screening, and placing candidates.

Writing engaging job adverts and managing responses.

Building knowledge of marketing roles, clients, and industry trends.

Taking ownership of building your desk and driving it forward.QUALITIES NEEDED:

Ideally a graduate with a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Fashion, or similar.

A genuine interest in marketing and people.

Confidence to build relationships and not afraid to pick up the phone.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Curiosity, resilience, and ambition to succeed.

Organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
