Cash Generator are looking for a Trainee Manager to join our Birmingham team. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for retail and a drive to succeed.

Once you have successfully completed The Trainee Manager's programme, you will be given the opportunity to run a store. Your responsibilities will involve the day-to-day operations within the store and account for driving sales and providing excellent customer service. You will be required to manage and lead a team, as well as providing guidance and support to all staff.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the management of the daily operations of the store, including but not limited to cash handling,

merchandising, stock replenishment and customer service

Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed

Monitor and maintain store appearance, ensuring that it is clean and well - organised

Monitor stock levels and order new stock as and when required

Drive sales and ensure targets are met

Provide feedback and ideas to the Store Manager on ways to improve the store

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the retail environment

Positive attitude and a desire to succeed

Ability to work well within a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work towards targets and KPIs

Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail business and further your career. The successful candidate can look forward to a competitive salary of circa GBP25,000-GBP27,000. This being dependent on store, location and targets met.

Pay: GBP25,000.00-GBP27,000.00 per year
