Support Manager - Burger King

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Support Manager to lead the launch of new Burger King restaurants across a growing network of service station sites. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and expanding food-to-go operation.

About the Role

As Support Manager, you will take the lead in preparing and launching new Burger King locations. You will be responsible for training new teams, managing grand openings, and ensuring each site operates smoothly from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end store opening process across multiple Burger King sites

Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors

*

Train and motivate new restaurant teams to deliver exceptional service

*

Ensure compliance with Burger King brand and food safety standards

*

Take ownership of site readiness, launch performance, and handover to the Area Manager

*

Travel across the UK with flexibility for overnight stays

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience in quick-service restaurant (QSR) or hospitality operations

*

Previous store opening, project management or multi-site leadership experience is preferred

*

Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a passion for people

*

Minimum Level 3 Food Hygiene

*

High energy, self-motivated and hands-on approach

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
