Store Manager YOU WILL

Be in charge and responsible of all aspects of the storeSet a positive tone and strong work ethic, leading by exampleEnsure that the company's regulatory policies and daily guidelines of the store including food safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followedSupervise and oversee the sales performances of the storeKeep the store clean and presentableEnsures the proper shift assignment for your team membersEnsure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are metProtect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environmentMaintain store part-time staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and trainingMaintain the stability and reputation of the storeDevelop a passionate working environment and help our bubble baristas to constantly grow and improveBuild, develop and maintain a high performing teamRespond to customer complaints and commentsTrain and educate your team on making drink process and policiesManage and create content for the tiktokComplete the reasonable tasks that assigned by the companyYOU ARE

Experienced in managerial/supervisor role in driving a high sales-focused culture in fast-paced food/beverage industryBe able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidaysLegally eligible to work in the UKAn energetic person with positive thinking, with a 'can do' attitudeMaintain regular and consistent attendance and punctualityWilling to learn new skills and share your knowledge with our customers & the teamWE WILL
