Description

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our Birkenhead store. With a large NHS patient base and a knowledgeable, long-standing team, this store plays a key role in our regional network.

Our ideal candidate will bring effective leadership to drive performance, enhance customer experience, and support ongoing professional development within the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in change management, capable of steering cultural and operational shifts and deliver long-term impact.
