Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead their retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that the store meets its sales targets while providing an outstanding shopping experience for their customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and administrative tasks.Supervise staff performance, providing training and support to enhance their skills and productivity.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in expectations and foster a positive work environment.Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and attract new customers.Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment for both customers and staff.Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.Monitor stock levels and order supplies as necessary to ensure availability of products.

Experience

Proven experience in a retail management role or similar position is essential.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with customers from various backgrounds.Experience in administrative tasks related to retail operations is preferred.A strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to sell products effectively is required.
