The Ideal Candidate

Proven management experience within fashion or lifestyle retail Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service Confident with visual merchandising and creating an inspiring store environment Passionate about developing people and stretching performance Solid understanding of KPIs, budgets and gross profit Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, commercial mindset Highly presented with strong communication skills and a positive leadership style The Package
