Role: Product Development Assistant
Location: Sandy
Hours: Part time 3 days per week 9am - 5pm
Salary: £25,500

We're looking for a Product Development Assistant to support the creation and launch of market-leading protein powders and nutritional supplements. What will you be doing in the product development assistant role?
Coordinating samples, raw material sourcing, and lab testing with suppliers and manufacturers.
Assisting with nutritional data, ingredient declarations, and compliance with food labelling regulations.
Maintaining detailed product specifications and technical documentation.
Tracking project timelines and helping ensure key milestones are hit.
Collaborating with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to support go-to-market plans.
What we would like from you:
Experience in a product support, technical, or NPD admin role
An interest in the health & wellness industry – especially sports nutrition or supplements.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and confident using Excel.
A good understanding of ingredients, labelling, and food safety is a bonus.
