Description

Job Title: Procurement Administrator

Location: Carlisle

Full-Time | Permanent - 5 days onsite

Salary: £25-30k DOE

Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities for the Procurement Administrator:

You'll be at the heart of our supply chain operations - making sure the right products arrive at the right time, at the right cost. From keeping stock levels in check to negotiating with suppliers, your work will make a real impact across the business.

In this role, you'll:

Liaise with suppliers to build lasting relationships

Place and manage orders, tracking them through to delivery

Ensure we get the best deals by evaluating pricing and negotiating when needed

Keep accurate records of purchases and contracts in our internal systems

Monitor inventory and help avoid any stock issues

Explore new supplier options and share your recommendations with the team

Support our sales team with product renewals and customer accounts

Key Skills for the Procurement Administrator:

Have strong attention to detail and enjoy staying organised

Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines

Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and in person

Are confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Enjoy problem-solving and thinking ahead

Work well independently, but also love being part of a supportive team

Bring a positive, can-do attitude to your day
