We are seeking an experienced Payroll Team Lead to oversee payroll operations on a temporary contract (up to 3 months). This role is perfect for a payroll professional who can hit the ground running and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the payroll function.

The Role:

Lead and manage the payroll team of 2 payroll co-ordinators, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery

Oversee payroll processes, compliance, and reporting requirements

Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries and escalations

Liaise with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders on payroll matters

Ensure payroll systems (ADP) are used effectively and processes are continuously improvedAbout You:

Proven experience in payroll management or team leadership

Strong working knowledge of ADP payroll systems (essential)

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communicator, able to liaise across all levels of the business

Available at short notice for a temporary assignment
