Partner with senior leaders to deliver a commercial HR serviceLead on employee relations cases – lower level to complexManage end–to–end ER processes including investigations and outcomesCoach and support line managers on performance managementDrive engagement, culture, and employee experience initiativesSupport succession planning and talent development activitiesOversee onboarding and integration of new employeesContribute to reward, benefits, and salary review processesSupport payroll processes and ensure accuracy/complianceLead or contribute to HR projects and policy developmentPromote wellbeing, inclusion, and employee engagement strategiesProfile

A successful Talent Manager should have:

Proven HR generalist experience in fast–paced environmentsStrong employee relations expertise (essential)Background in retail, hospitality, leisure, or similarCommercial mindset with balanced decision–makingComfortable working in a fast–paced, reactive environmentConfident coaching and influencing line managersExperience managing high–volume, reactive workloadsKnowledge of UK employment lawHands–on, practical, and solutions–focused approachStrong organisational and communication skillsResilient, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomouslyJob Offer
