Description
Are you a hospitality leader looking for a career change? This is your chance to step into a growing sector with one of the UK’s largest charities that can really develop your career. What’s more, it’s Monday to Friday, 9–5 — no evenings or weekends.
The role:
You’ll manage a small caseload of clients in your local borough, supporting people with mental health needs or physical disabilities back into work. From first assessment through to job searching and in-work support, you’ll guide them every step of the way. Full training is provided in the IPS employment support model.
Why hospitality leaders succeed here
You’ve led teams, coached staff, and delivered results under pressure.
You’re confident engaging with employers every week — building relationships and opening up job opportunities (at no cost to the employer).
You enjoy being out in the community — meeting people in libraries, NHS sites, partner charities, and local businesses.
You want a career with social impact, not just sales or service targets.
Locations (you’ll be based in one borough): Brent, Barnet, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hillingdon, Harrow, Hounslow, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Islington, Camden, Haringey.
Assessment day: Shepherd’s Bush, 8 October.
Other info: Full time, permanent, Mon–Fri, 9–5
