Maintain accurate project records, technical documentation and progress reports.

Compile and produce Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and associated handover documentation.

Support compliance with relevant health and safety requirements, company procedures and industry standards.

Identify potential delays, risks and issues, taking a proactive approach to resolving problems.

Manage project-related correspondence and administrative activities, ensuring information is accurate and readily accessible.

Ensure projects are completed to the required quality standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar project delivery role, with demonstrable responsibility for coordinating projects.

Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.

Experience monitoring project schedules, progress, budgets and deliverables.

Excellent customer-facing skills, with confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider project and operational teams.

Desirable experience:

Previous experience within engineering, manufacturing, pumps, mechanical systems or another technical environment.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Familiarity with project management systems, technical documentation and O&M manual preparation.

Experience supporting health and safety compliance and project cost control.
