As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and professional Delivery Driver to join our team based in Battersea.

The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and courteous Delivery Driver to ensure our beautiful carpets are delivered safely and efficiently to our customers. You will be an important part of our customer service team, providing a seamless and memorable experience for clients who expect only the best. The role involves delivering and collecting carpets from clients' homes, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service in line with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely and securely deliver luxury Persian carpets to customers across London.

* Assist with the collection and return of carpets for repairs or cleaning.

* Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely manner and within the designated time slots.

* Handle and install carpets with care, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.

* Provide excellent customer service, representing the brand in a professional and friendly manner.

* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.

* Assist with warehouse inventory management when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a customer-facing role.

* A clean, full UK driving licence (with no more than 3 points).

* Experience handling delicate and valuable items is desirable (especially for furniture or luxury goods).

* Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Physically fit and able to lift and transport carpets of various sizes and weights.

* An interest or knowledge of Persian carpets or luxury items would be an advantage, but not essential.
