Do you have a passion for making exceptional, handcrafted pizzas the Italian way? We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Chef to join the opening team of our brand-new Italian restaurant!

About the Restaurant

We’re bringing a slice of Italy to Stourbridge with a modern Italian concept focused on authenticity, simplicity, and flavor. Our menu features classic Neapolitan-style pizzas and high-quality ingredients sourced from Italy and local producers.

The Role

As Pizza Chef, you’ll be in charge of:

Preparing, stretching, and baking pizzas to perfection Managing dough preparation and fermentation daily Maintaining quality, consistency, and timing during service Operating and maintaining an oven Assisting with kitchen prep and coordination during busy periods Ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and organization in the pizza station

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience making pizzas in a professional kitchen (Italian or Neapolitan-style preferred) Skilled in dough making, hand stretching, and working with high-temperature ovens Strong sense of timing, speed, and attention to detail A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Passionate about Italian cuisine and fresh, simple ingredients
