We are an independent hospitality group launching a modern Italian dining experience rooted in tradition, simplicity, and premium ingredients. Our concept celebrates handcrafted pastas, pizzas, regional specialties, and a curated Italian wine list — all served in a warm, welcoming setting.
The Role
As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for:
• Designing and executing a seasonal, Italian-focused menu
• Leading, training, and managing a new kitchen team
• Overseeing inventory, sourcing ingredients, and managing food costs
• Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
• Working closely with owners and front-of-house management to shape the guest experience
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Has 5+ years of experience in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Is deeply knowledgeable about Italian cooking methods, ingredients, and regional dishes
• Has a strong leadership style with a passion for mentoring kitchen staff
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality culinary environment
• Is creative, organized, and committed to excellence
