The Market Coffee House is a small, family-run restaurant and bar in a prime location just off Spitalfields Market. We serve high quality wine and belgian beer alongside a carefully sourced, seasonal menu.
We are looking someone who is into food, enthusiastic & professional.
We serve breakfast, lunch & dinner and cater for larger private events.
The team here is dynamic, working together to create a welcoming, friendly & calm environment.
We are looking for:
- reliability, trustworthiness & punctuality
- interest in seasonal british produce and a love for cooking
- understanding of classical cookery
- strong adherence to environmental health & health & safety procedures. Knowledge of SAFER FOOD BETTER BUSINESS would be useful.
- Flexibility & creativity
- Ability to handle rotas, admin & to effectively manage a team
