Customer Service Advisor
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £25,000
We have a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a friendly office based customer service team. We're looking for someone who thrives on helping people and enjoys supporting business to business clients
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be on the frontline – answering calls, emails and live chat queries, making sure every customer and client has an excellent customer experience.
In turn you will liaise with departments within the business and externally to find out the information and feed this information back to the client in a timely manner.
Additional system uploads and generation of commercial invoices within excel will also be required
The ideal person
* Experience of working within a busy office dealing with a mix of inbound calls/emails and live chat
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to prioritise
* IT proficient
* Car Driver
