You don't need previous sales experience — just confidence, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided from the outset, with real opportunities to progress quickly.

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

* Speaking with customers face-to-face and building genuine rapport

* Understanding customer needs and matching them to the right product or service

* Delivering clear, confident sales conversations

* Supporting customers through the sign-up or purchase process

* Working towards personal and team targets

* Representing trusted brands within local communities

* Attending regular coaching sessions to sharpen your skills

PAY & PROGRESSION

* £600–£800 OTE per week

* Uncapped commission plus bonuses
