Job Title: Multi–Skilled Automotive Repair Technician

Reports to: Operations Manager

Purpose of Role:

To deliver a best–in–class motor repair service to customers, providing expert technical repair services to accident–damaged vehicles while creating a customer–focused culture.

What We Offer:

Basic salary: 41,500 + Bonus (uncapped) First two–month bonus Guarantee = 600.00 22 days holiday + Bank Holiday Company = 6% pension contribution/ employee = 2% (or employee can opt out) 4x annual salary life insurance

Key Accountabilities:

Deliver high–quality repairs to meet business targets and customer volumes Provide an effortless customer experience, treating every customer with exceptional service Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance, adhering to company policies and procedures Work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers, and business partners to achieve business objectives Contribute to the delivery of finance and commercial targets, controlling costs and minimizing waste

Key Responsibilities:

Perform multi–skilled vehicle body repairs (paint, panel, and MET) Manage own time effectively to meet productivity and attendance targets Ensure accurate and timely feedback to the customer services team Maintain accurate records and documentation for health and safety procedures Contribute to a proactive resource plan, adhering to budgeted annual leave and attendance

Requirements:

Previous experience in multi–skilled vehicle body repair BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in specific department competence/s ATA cosmetic accreditation (preferred) Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
