We’re now looking for a Store Manager in Port Solent to lead a passionate team of outdoor experts and deliver a store experience that’s truly customer-first.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Culture:

Inspire and support a diverse team who share a passion for the outdoors. Create a positive, inclusive store culture focused on collaboration, wellbeing, and performance.

Customer-Centric Focus:

Champion a service-led approach that ensures every customer receives expert advice and a warm welcome, whether they’re seasoned adventurers or just starting out.

Sustainable Retail Practices:

Model and promote our sustainability values - reducing waste, encouraging responsible choices, and working with environmentally conscious brands.

Operational Delivery:

Drive performance through effective inventory control, accurate stock management, and clear commercial strategies that align with KPIs and company objectives.

What You’ll Bring

Proven retail management experience, ideally within outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail.

A genuine passion for the outdoors and the lifestyle it promotes.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop your team.

A track record of achieving targets through excellent customer service and team engagement.
