We’re working with a leading company looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their friendly and driven team in Tunbridge Wells.

Assistant Store Manager - What you’ll be doing:

* Supporting the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store

* Leading, developing and motivating a small team to achieve KPIs

* Delivering exceptional service and understanding customer needs

* Driving sales and ensuring high store standards

* Taking ownership of key areas of store operations
