Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and inspiring the team to deliver excellent customer serviceHelp drive retail performance through sales support and operational excellenceAssist with stock control, budgets, and audit proceduresKeep the team engaged with technical product knowledge to enhance customer experienceSupport visual merchandising to showcase the brand's products and create an inviting store environmentAssist with recruitment, training, and development of the team to maintain a high-performance cultureReport on sales trends and team performance to the Store Manager Experience & Qualifications:
