Freshly rebuilt and fully tuned Suzuki GSX-R600 engine, delivering 130+ horsepower. Suitable for models K6 through L7, with only minor differences (water temp sensor plug and intake manifold rubbers).
Engine Details:
0 miles since rebuild – brand new running life.
Complete refresh including:
New OEM Suzuki crank bearings & replacement of corroded bearings
New piston rings, pistons weight-matched
New EBC clutch with steels & springs
4x new spark plugs
New oil filter
New oil pump
Built using Motul 300V 10W/40 oil
Ported cylinder head
APE adjustable cams set at 22° advanced timing
Manual cam chain tensioner
All parts used are genuine OEM Suzuki
Notes for Buyer:
Once installed and running, valve clearances should be checked to ensure proper seating.
Fitment of a front sprocket cover is required, and clutch adjustment should be confirmed after fitting.
Physically compatible across K6–L7 GSX-R600 engines.
Requirement:
Only missing component is the front sprocket cover.
