Description
Picked up this stolen-recovered Yamaha R6 from a UK police auction for £440 — was stripped down and rough but had potential, so I decided to take it on as a rebuild project.
Not selling the bike — just sharing the process for anyone who’s into budget bike builds, track day prep, or seeing how far you can push a shed build.
I’ve started filming the rebuild on YouTube under Alejo’s Bikes. First video’s up now showing the day I got it and what state it was in.
