I would not be using this man again, rude does not like to be told or be corrected, this man quoted me a price to pick up a wardrobe from one location to another he was fully aware what it was. When he got to the location he wanted to leave wardrobe downstairs. My daughter said it has to go upstairs he then wanted an extra £10 pounds to take upstairs. When you sign up you have to describe what you want moved you are not a man to be trusted you are supposed to be professional why would you say a price and then go back on ur word… and then you want to get aggressive in your tone when being challenged … look after your customers then you will be recommend, for me I would never use you again or pass your details to friend.

I used m s removals because they were the cheapest quote,I'm glad I did great blokes they moved a massive 3 piece suite from telford for me to my flat in castle vale Birmingham didn't fit in lift so took the arms off carried it up the stairs to 6th floor then put arms back on for me.even with extra work and a few quid extra they were still cheaper than other quotes definitely use them again in the future 😁😁👍👍
