The team was friendly, efficient, and took great care in boxing up additional items for me, including mirrors, large TV, and a glass coffee table. I'm happy to report that there were no breakages. Excellent experience! Alex picked up my Ikea Click and Collect order of wardrobe doors (only available from a particular store and would not fit in my car) and delivered them to me across London that evening… Booking was straightforward, communication was good and the service was excellent. Could not be happier.

My driver was named Alex and he arrived before me as I was coming from work and he patiently waited, he helped me carry all my belongings to the truck and to my storage unit told me not to worry but me being me I did a little something lol. He was a kind and generous and I’m grateful to have had him handle my move. Overall booking on the phone number was straight forward and you have different options to pay either cash or bank transfer which I chose.
