I asked for a time and they didn't provide one. They arrived but I didn't hear the bell as I was in the bathroom! They text me to see if I was in, then waited until ten minutes after I text them back, to leave. We rescheduled for the following afternoon, with a timeframe of one hour. They didn't turn up, nor did they respond to my text. A very frustrating total waste of my time over two days. I used KSD services instead, who arrived when agreed, for a third of the price.

Recently moved to a new flat. Had a home removals company move in all my furniture. I had a 3 seater sofa worth £1,500 that they left blocking the public pathway outside as it didn’t go up the staircase in my building.
