Key Responsibilities:

Start in a 180 recruitment role, focusing on candidate generation and supporting the recruitment process. Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare recruitment market. Build relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Conduct interviews, market research, and candidate sourcing. Progress quickly into a 360 recruitment consultant role, managing the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement. What We're Looking For:

A positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently. Motivated and driven to meet and exceed targets.
