Options Resourcing is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our Southampton team.

We're not looking for someone who simply wants a recruitment job.

If you have experience recruiting within M&E, Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, Trades & Labour or another technical sector, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing: You'll take ownership of your temporary recruitment desk, including:

Winning new business and developing existing client relationships Recruiting skilled temporary workers across M&E & Construction Sourcing and interviewing candidates Managing your own candidate database and talent pools Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates Negotiating rates and maximising GP Growing your desk and becoming a specialist in your market Working at pace in a competitive and rewarding environment What's in it for you?
