The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across temporary, permanent, and contract vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy brief through to placementDeveloping new business opportunities and growing existing client accountsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidatesAdvertising vacancies and sourcing candidates through multiple channelsInterviewing, screening, and qualifying candidatesManaging offers, negotiations, and successful placementsConducting client meetings and site visits where requiredWorking towards and exceeding sales and recruitment targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

3+ Years of previous recruitment experience (essential)Full drivers license (essential)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence in business development and client managementA sales-driven, target-focused mindsetStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyA positive, professional, and proactive attitude
