We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our London team.

A bit about us:

TYG are a market-leading recruitment company within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sectors servicing clients across the USA.

We're looking to continue the expansion of the company after a record year, and there are some great opportunities available for someone looking to take the next step in their recruitment career.

We're currently at 21 heads in our London HQ with a goal to grow to 40 heads across the next 3 years. This means you can play a pivotal part in our expansion plans, and start building out your own team.

We exclusively service the US market (which means higher commission), so working hours are typically between 10am-6:30pm

Responsibilities will include:

Proactively developing new business relationships whilst managing and expanding our existing pool of clients

Sourcing, headhunting and representing high-calibre candidates

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across the AEC space

Mentoring and supporting junior consultants

Sustaining a consistently excellent standard of service throughout each step of the recruitment procedure

A bit about you:

We're looking for experienced recruitment consultants (ideally 1+ years) who are now looking to build on their success and take on more responsibility within a fast-growing firm.

It's important that you possess:

Strong business development skills and a consultative approach

Great interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships

Self-confidence and a driven, proactive attitude

Attention to detail
