About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior-level Statement of Work (SOW) Lead to join a globally renowned recruitment agency and spearhead the creation of an entirely new SOW division. This is a career-defining position for someone with the drive, credibility, and expertise to build, shape, and scale a high-impact function within a business known for its success in the technology markets.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative SOW solutions, driving client engagement, and ultimately creating a market-leading proposition across the UK and Europe. This role will put you at the forefront of our clients' strategic growth plans, offering both autonomy and the backing of a world-class brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and launch of a new Statement of Work division within the renowned agency.
Partner with clients across the UK and Europe to design and sell SOW solutions tailored to complex technology requirements and projects.
Utilise your knowledge of IR35 and compliance frameworks to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Leverage your existing network and credibility in the market to open doors, build relationships, and win business.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally to align the SOW proposition with overall business strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on workforce solutions, delivery models, and risk management.
Drive revenue growth and establish best practice for ongoing SOW delivery.
About You
We're looking for someone who combines deep market expertise with commercial drive and credibility. The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience of selling Statement of Work solutions within a recruitment environment (technology market experience highly desirable).
Strong background in contract recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of IR35 legislation and its implications for workforce solutions.
An established network of clients and connections in relevant markets.
A consultative, credible, and commercially savvy approach to business development.
The ambition and leadership capability to build a new division from scratch.
