Location: Near Manchester Airport

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 + 20% commission (uncapped) + quarterly bonuses

FourPointZero specialises in recruitment for companies using AI in creative industries. After six years building relationships with key studios and creative agencies, we're expanding as these clients race to adopt AI technology.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll place the specialists helping creative companies integrate AI into their work. Think developers building AI tools for film studios, engineers creating innovative design software, and technical experts automating creative processes.

These are senior positions with strong salaries (GBP70-120k typical), meaning higher fees and better commission for you. You'll work with clients who already trust us while building new relationships in this growing market.

1-2 years of current recruitment experience Confident communicator who builds trust quickly Commercial mindset and consultative approach Curiosity about how technology changes industries You don't need tech recruitment experience. We'll teach you the market. We need someone who knows how to recruit successfully and has an interest in technology.

Package & Development

Beyond the base and commission, our Recruitment Consultants receive 25 days holiday, birthday off, and gym membership. Commission starts from your first placement.

You'll get proper training in the sector, attend industry events, and learn directly from senior team members who are experts in this market.
