We are looking for a detail-driven Payroll Administrator who loves numbers and enjoys keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you will take charge of a weekly payroll for a variety of employees and contractors, making sure everyone is paid accurately and on time, every time.

What You'll Do

Own the weekly payroll: Process timesheets, overtime, holiday pay and deductions with total accuracy.Stay compliant: Keep records in line with HMRC requirements and UK payroll legislation.Be the go-to person: Answer pay queries, onboard new starters and collaborate with managers across different teams.Report & analyse: Create clear payroll reports, track costs and support audits or year-end tasks. What We're Looking For

Solid experience running UK payrolls and a strong grasp of PAYE, NI and pensions.Confidence using payroll or rostering software (any system is fine as training is provided!).A sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to meet weekly deadlines in a busy environment.Bonus points for experience with freelance or contract staff.
