Description

The L&D Manager will play a crucial role in designing and implementing learning and development strategies to support the growth of employees. This position, based in Medway and requires somebody with a strong Senior L&D Background.

Description

Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies for all levels of employees.Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads and managers.Design and deliver engaging training programmes, workshops, and e–learning modules.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as required.Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost–effective solutions are implemented.Support succession planning by identifying and nurturing high–potential employees.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all training activities.Collaborate with external training providers where necessary to meet organisational needs.Profile

A successful L&D Manager should have:

Proven experience in a learning and development role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.Ability to align training strategies with organisational goals.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant tools.Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.A proactive and solution–oriented approach to challenges.Job Offer
