Provide day-to-day HR support across EMEA officesCoordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesAdvise on employment law and HR policies across jurisdictionsSupport performance management and employee relationsMaintain HRIS and ensure data accuracyCollaborate on global HR initiatives and projects
Profile
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a generalist HR role, with EMEA exposureStrong understanding of employment legislation across multiple countriesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesCIPD qualification or equivalent preferred
Job Offer
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in Sheffield City Centre
Salary: Circa 30,000, depending on experience
