Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across the businessProvide expert employee relations advice to managers, supporting them in line with policy and best practiceCollaborate with the People Coordinator to manage a busy shared inbox, delivering timely and accurate responsesMaintain and regularly update HR policies in line with legislation and internal changesCompile and present monthly People metrics and data reportsEnsure HRIS is consistently updated with accurate employee dataConduct regular check-ins with employees on maternity leave, supporting engagement and return-to-work plansMaintain right-to-work and employee documentation in line with compliance standardsMonitor and follow up on outstanding or expired employee records and documentsAnalyse data from quarterly performance reviews to identify trends and improvementsSupport with monthly payroll processing as requiredAlways uphold the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism
