What You'll Be Doing

You'll start by learning candidate management and recruitment fundamentals, including:

Interviewing and qualifying teachers and support staffWriting CV profiles and marketing candidates to schoolsBuilding relationships with education professionalsSupporting the team to fill urgent school vacanciesWorking toward clear targets with commission from day oneAs you progress, you'll move into:

Business development with schoolsManaging your own client portfolioNegotiating placements and feesBuilding a specialist market
