The Role Due to growth and expansion, we are looking to appoint our next Recruitment Consultant to join the Cover People team covering the Greater Manchester area.

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you ll:

Build and manage relationships with schools and educatorsMatch candidates to roles that genuinely suit their skills and goalsDevelop your own desk with support from an experienced teamWork towards clear targets with uncapped earning potential This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where success is rewarded, and progression is based on performance.
