My work with individuals and couples involves me supporting you on a journey of self-awareness and understanding. We can work together to help you relate to people and the world around you in a way which is meaningful to you.

My clients say that I am warm, approachable and easy to work with; it’s my aim to create a safe and understanding environment. Whether you are looking for some short term therapy, relationship or couples counselling, I can help you navigate difficult emotions, thoughts or behaviours to ease you forward. As an integrative therapist I draw on various models to support you as an individual. My experience working with Tavistock Relationships means I can provides a framework for couples therapy that is supportive and open-minded, with a focus on improving communication.

I am a trained Supervisor for Parents as Partners (Tavistock Relationships) and have an Advanced Certificate in Couples Therapy (COSRT).

If you’re not sure how to approach therapy, you’re not alone. As well as in-person I work on Zoom and telephone and would be happy to speak with you for a free 15 minute consultation; giving you an opportunity to ask some questions and get comfortable with the process.
