I am a certified Accredited counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

My experience lies on helping my clients to make informed decisions in dealing with bereavement, substance abuse, anger management, sexual health, depression, relationship issues, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief and loss, couple counselling,family and self esteem.

I am committed to the BACP Professional Conduct and Ethical Framework and applying it to my relationship with my clients. I follow person centred therapy and practice humanistic therapy qualified in CBT and Children and couple therapy. I believe in real world settings, building relationships with my clients based on trust and confidentiality.

This lady changed my life. I went originally with my husband for marriage guidance and help with my husbands gambling addiction but learnt so much about myself. I’ve learnt to respect people more and see things from their view, to respect myself and give myself time to heal from trauma. To have difficult conversations that I never knew I needed to have. Also worked well with my partner who wasn’t open to therapy at all. As a couple we communicate 100% better. If you were thinking of booking, just give it a try ☺️

I would highly recommend Terri. She has an been absolutely wonderful help to me in the last few months. She has helped me so much with my mental health, and has helped me to work through and understand problems I had. She’s very easy to get along with and makes you feel at ease right away
