I hold a Masters degree in INTEGRATIVE counselling and postgraduate diplomas in Neurodiversity and Narrative therapy. If you feel like a square peg in a round hole - I might be able to help.

IMy counselling is drawn from the psychodynamic, humanistic and relational modalities to support you in being confident in your neurodiversity in a neurotypical world. My non-judgemental and confidential process, in a safe space, seeks to scaffold you preferencing a psycho-educational system embracing an understanding of "double empathy" and some solution-focused concepts.
