Amada counselling as been Amazing!!! Excellent service... I will be forever grateful to Estelle for guiding me and encouraging through the worst time of my life 🙏 I was lost ... literally on the floor she scooped me up and changed my whole view and outlook on the future whilst helping me deal with my past. I honestly do not know where I would be without her help🙏 I am a completely different person now can focus on my future positively and confidently 🥰 thankyou Estelle ❤️

At first, I hated the idea of therapy, in fact I think I still do. Estelle however, was so easy to talk to. First session didn't feel weird or clunky, like she's been doing it for years ahah! But in all honesty I can feel the words she helped me say have imlacted my life more than being the guy I used to be. Sure it took a bad situation to go to her but it was the best thing I did and I'm glad it was Estelle thank you!

Estelle has been absolutely brilliant with me. Helping and supporting me while I work through some of life’s hardest issues. Cannot recommend her enough, the difference in myself before and after my sessions with Estelle are frightening (in a good way!).
