Life changing. I wish I could truly explain our relationship/three months of therapy in words , I thought I could but as I came up here to write it I realised I couldn't. All I can say is that working with James for the time I did was amazing. Professional, on time, and just a good human being. My work with James isn't done, in fact it's only started. I always knew I needed therapy, I just shied away from it because I had a skewed idea of what therapy would be. James changed my entire mindset of therapy and I look forward to working with him again.

I worked with James for a month, and in that month with James‘s help I’ve made some huge leaps in my personal development journey. James shared massively useful and powerful tools that we personalised for my journey- which have helped me change my life experience, and have helped me to find my purpose of being. I reached out to James for help and support with a personal matter and situation I was struggling to deal with. Over the 12 sessions I’ve had with James I have not only made a friend for life but someone who really got everything out of me in a safe space without any fear of being judged. His knowledge, sharing of past experiences, empathy and understanding really has helped me repair the situation I was in and help me understand reasons being actions and reactions. I was very overwhelmed with work and a colleague recommended I seek coaching. They also recommended James as they had worked with him and I cannot speak highly enough about our sessions. James made ne realise I was living as my authentic self and this was contributing to my overwhelm. I was finding that juggling life, family and career was becoming monotonous and I had lost my sense of direction. I was also finding that slowly I was becoming more miserable and unable to find happiness in most facets of my life. Working with James was one of the best decisions I have made. Over the course of many months I received high quality, engaging sessions assessing my motivations and goals. We explored where I could make adjustments and improvements to make positive changes in my life, career and mindset using various techniques and tools. He was empathetic, supportive and provided a range of ideas for me to work with to enable me to "step up" while keeping me accountable. During my coaching I noticed a huge uplift in my myself to the point where family and friends were commenting on my different manner. James's session do not merely occur week to week. He is constantly on the end of the phone for you to support and guide. I highly recommend James for life coaching if you have hit a brick wall and feel life is standing still for you.
