I am passionate about using proven techniques taken from counselling, NLP, hypnotherapy and coaching in a practical, no-nonsense way. I believe my job is to get to know you and how your mind works so that I can tailor the way I work to fit you and your goals. Everybody is different, and I'm here to help you make lasting changes to your life.

I have spent the last several years helping clients to address a huge range of problems and change their lives for the better. Whatever it is you're struggling with, it's highly likely I've helped many people in similar boats and I would love to do the same for you.

I was very reluctant to have therapy and it took me a long time to initiate the process - I now I am irritated I didn’t start sooner. Steve put me at ease the moment we started talking and really helped me to put things into perspective. He has helped me see my progress over the last year. I can’t recommend his services enough.

Steve has been the most transformational therapist I've ever worked with. Therapy can be a scary process, but Steve dissolved all those fears through his caring nature.
