I only offer online counselling - research has shown it is at least as effective as face to face counselling. People are in their own homes so more relaxed is one of the many benefits to online therapy, not to mention travelling, parking etc. I love that I have a job where the best words I can hope to hear are: thank you so much, I don't need you anymore, I will keep your number in case I need a quick top up!
